Reviews and Ratings <br />
My recent stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. The location near the airport is very convenient, especially for quick trips. The room was a decent size with some amenities, which was nice. However, the dining experience fell short, particularly with the food quality and service. The pool area was enjoyable, but it was often overcrowded, making it hard to relax.
The Mercure had been a reliable stay for me, but my recent visit has left me reconsidering. While it's convenient for work travel, the disarray following the centralization with Novotel has negatively impacted the overall experience. The facilities are lacking, especially with issues regarding the pools. I've always appreciated this hotel, but the declining state makes me think twice about returning in the future.
My stay at this resort was quite enjoyable, with a few highlights and minor hiccups. The pool area was stunning and provided an oasis feel, while the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. However, I encountered some issues with my room's cleanliness, and there was no lift for the first floor, which made lugging my luggage a bit challenging. Overall, it's a great choice for a Darwin getaway.
The hotel has some positives like a gorgeous pool and comfortable beds, but I've noticed some significant downsides, especially with cleanliness and service. The damp smell in my room and the issues with the facilities really detracted from my experience. Overall, I had a decent stay but it could definitely improve in a few areas.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the airport, which I loved. The rooms, while comfortable, are starting to show some age, and the service left a bit to be desired. I encountered some frustrating issues with the dining experience, particularly the high prices for food that didn't quite impress. On the bright side, the pool area is lovely and perfect for a tropical getaway, but overall, I feel the resort has some work to do to truly earn its status as a resort.
